Thank you for supporting my music and purchasing directly from the official store.
I want you to be happy with your order, so please read the policy below.

1. Returns

If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

• You are responsible for the return postage unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

• Digital downloads and opened CDs/vinyl cannot be returned once opened or downloaded (unless they are defective).

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your contact email] with your order number and photos if possible.
We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund, including postage costs.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to confirm receipt and approval.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

4. Non-returnable Items

• Digital downloads or streaming links

• Opened CDs/vinyl (unless defective)

• Items marked “final sale” or “limited edition”

1. Processing Times

• Orders are usually processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received.

• During tours, holidays, or major releases, dispatch times may be slightly longer — we’ll always let you know if there’s a delay.

• You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

• All orders are sent via Royal Mail (UK) or tracked international post for overseas orders.

• Estimated delivery times:

  • UK: 2–5 business days after dispatch

  • EU: 5–10 business days

  • Rest of World: 7–14 business days
    (Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and local postal services.)

3. Customs & Import Taxes

• International orders (outside the UK) may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes once the package reaches your country.

• These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

• We cannot mark packages as “gift” or declare a lower value for customs purposes.

4. Lost or Delayed Packages

• Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive tracking information where available.
